Discussion on the measures of reducing earth resistance under outdoor formidable environment

The composition of earth resistance was introduced,and the modern methods to reduce earth resistance were generalized.The earth material choice was illustrated and technological measures to reduce earth equipment were illustrated,so as to guarantee better quality of earth equipment,which prevented fundamentally electrical hazard occurrence.
