Survey of behaviorism in artificial intelligence research

Compared with the traditional AI method, the evolution and current status of behavior-based AI simulation technique are surveyed. The research directions of behaviorism in AI are reviewed together with the respective pioneer techniques. The basic principles for constructing agent system are given.
