The Contingency Management Theory under the View of Mencius Philosophy

Mencius is a famous Chinese thinker in ancient times.Apart from ethic and political value orientation,there is in the characteristic of his thoughts the feature of changing with the environments,therefore,he has been esteemed as Contingency Management Master in Ancient China. His thoughts are full of the major viewpoints of modern contingency management theories,such as the acknowledgement of the importance of contingency management,the contingency management thoughts shifting with time,with space,with objectives,with conditions,and with situations.All these have demonstrated that Mencius's thoughts are of rich charm to modern contingency management study.
