A Method of Structure-based Ontology Partitioning

Graph model composed of RDF triples is one of the ways for ontology representation,in which subjects and objects are nodes and predicates are edges. In this paper,the graph mode is constructed from querying results,simplified in the edges and transformed into the Dependence Graph after calculating the dependence between nodes. Finally ontology partitioning is done through de-composing the Dependence Graph where an Island Algorithm is used. The method proposed in this paper has optimized the Structure-based Partitioning of Concept Hierarchies,which makes the partitioning is more reasonable.
