The Study on the Strata Histogram Drawing Technology Based on MapObjects Components

The strata histogram is a kind of important production map in the Geological Survey work,and it is very complex if drawn by hand.This paper puts forward to using components-GIS developing technology to develop strata histogram drawing system after analyzing the shortages of some current drawing patterns of strata histogram,it has been suggested that by using components-GIS developing technology strata histogram drawing system can be developed.The MapObjects components is a set of mapping and GIS functional components for developers' use,and it has the major base functions of GIS.It is flexible,shortcut,highly efficient and convenient to use MapObjects components to develop a Geographical Information System,so the strata histogram drawing system is realized the MapObjects components and to study some correlative technologies.
