The finite and compact perturbations of left(right)spectrum of 2×2 upper triangular operator matrix S_C are studied,where S_C:=(A C O B)is an operator acting on the Hilbert space H■K.Let perturbation of left(right)spectrum of operator matrix Mx is considered under the condition in which C is a compact operator.
