A Comparison between the Approaches to Number System Conversion for Compilation Language

Number system conversion can be achieved via compilation language programming, but a number of instructions are needed. This paper details the comparison between the conventional arithmetic logic operation conversion and the tables consulting whose reliability, high efficiency, simplification of instructions, and optimizing programmes have been emphasized.
