Evaluation of RFID Solutions for Library Based on AHP Model:Taking Fudan University Library as a Case Study

Systematic and objective assessment of radio frequency identification(RFID)is the key step to reducethe implementing risks.Fudan University Library tried system analysis method to ascertain our objectives and requirements,built effective evaluation system and used AHP model to make comprehensive assessment of different vendorsand solutions.Our practice reveals that this method is systematic,objective,simple,efficient,and has high degree ofsatisfaction.Furthermore,this method provides a very persuasive demonstration for scientific and objective decisionmaking of RFID solution.
