Economic Efficiency Evaluation Based on DE-SVR

Evaluation model of economic efficiency is presented to improve the accuracy of evaluation based on DE-SVR.where optimal rule is the least sum of square error,the parameters of SVR are optimized by using differential evolution algorithm,Economic efficiency is evaluated based on SVR.The simulation result shows that the result of DE-SVR is actual,scientific and reasonable.
