The Influence of New Media on the Management of Post-90s College Student Cadres and Its countermeasures

With their rapid development and widespread application,new media,being an integral part of post-90 s student cadres' life and work,has exerted great influence on and posed challenges to their work and life. Universities should,by constructing two systems,fostering three groups and highlighting one main body,construct a positive energy platform to help student cadres enhance media literacy and self- control ability and thus turning new media into good opportunities for improving their overall qualities.
