Active Congestion Control Based on Flow

ACC (Active Congestion Control ) can efficiently alleviate the network congestion. Yet, ACC doesn’t consider the differences among the flows. Authors can effectively improve the performance, by using these differences. Once detecting the congestion, they filter the high-speed flow at first. Even if the congestion is not resulted from the minor high-speed flows, they can still use the conventional ACC to dissolve the congestion.
