Aiming at the problem of high cost of checking machine spare part,low efficiency,too many errors and so on,an improved fast algorithm of Hough is proposed in order to effectively improve the speed of image processing.The effectiveness was validated through the experiment.Compared with classic Hough algorithm,the algorithm can reduce calculative complexity,reducing redundant data.Finally,the feasibility is proved via sampling and processing to real-time data.
