Study on the Evaluation Information Communication Model of the Academic Periodicals

In this paper,evaluation is important to ensure the quality of academic periodicals.The effective communication of the paper evaluation information can improve the evaluating quality and it is helpful to service for the authors and the readers.Based on the analysis the traditional communication model of the paper evaluation of the periodical article,a new communication model was proposed and the implementation process was described.
