Analysis on Speech Digitization and Evaluation Methods

The working mechanism and implementation method of CVSD(Continuously Variable Slope Delta Modulation)waveform encoder and decoder are introduced.The speech file is encoded and the jamming signal is added.The result of subjective evaluation is given using the methods of speech jamming effect evaluation.The relationship between intelligibility and bit error rate is established and the evaluation of digitized speech file is implemented.
