The dissertation is characterized by original in creation,which conforms to the legal attribute of the copyright ownership,and it should be the work enjoyed the copyright by the students applying for the degree.On the other hand,such academic articles without copyright as duty work,fiduciary work,and so on can not be taken as dissertation.
