A common but Unique Type of Complement in Spoken Language: of Feeling Intensity Complement

Feeling- degree complement, as a grammatical phenomenon, is common but unique in spoken language. This paper defines the term, and also analyses its characteristics in three aspects: sentense structure, semantics and pragmatics, hoping that more attention will be paid to the grammatcial dimension of everyday sentence pattern in spo-ken language.
