Firstly,the structure of FET and the main action of its each part are introduced briefly. Some unknown problems occurred when testing its electricity characteristics are analyzed. These problems are solved by the improvement of constructions and modulation of manufacturing crafts. The special requires for assembling ECM are achieved,and the quality of microphone tubes are enhanced.
