Study of Data Exchange Technology between Different Structure Databases Based on XML

The traditional methods of dealing with data exchange between different structure databases have some disadvantages,such as data format anomaly,low reuse rate etc.So they are difficult to be adapted to the data environment with high data update frequency,large data volume and complex data structure.Because XML has many obvious advantages in the expression of data format and content,it is often used for information sharing and data exchange.After comparing these different kinds of data exchange methods,this paper analyzes the advantage of the method which combining XML,DOM and Java technology to do data exchange between databases,classifies various conditions in the process of bi-directional transform between XML document and database,and proposes a general method of data extraction and store,whose implementation is depicted with concrete examples.
