Efficiency evaluating of military technology intelligence agencies based on DEA with preference constrained cone

For efficiency evaluation in military technology intelligence agencies,the data envelopment analysis method with preference constraint cone is presented.The input redundancy rate and output deficiency ratio of low efficiency in decision making units are further analyzed based on the sorting of decision making unit.The calculation of practical case shows that,the data envelopment analysis method is effective for efficiency evaluation in military technology intelligence agencies.
