Principles of Soft Drug and New Drug Design

Through indexing the document,we can syenthesize and analyse the standard examples of soft drug principles in the new drug design.The paper explores, the law of soft drug principles in the new drug to promote the develepment of the drug research.The principles,based on the effective drug in vivo metabolism,can be applied in new drug design,and it has the features of further activating metabolism,shortening the period of drug's stay in body,and seperating the effect and by-effect of the drug,thus improving the effective index of the drug.Compared with the brand-new drugs,it is easy to manufacture,with low risk,but high accuracy,therefore,it is an important method of new drug research.
