Analysis and Design Workflow Engine based on GIS

Traditional workflow technology could not meet the demand of integration of graphics and characters in business process.A workflow modal based on GIS is put forward in this paper.Also the architecture of the GIS based workflow engine is analyzed and the key techniques are discussed.At last,we develop a workflow engine server and a client framework which can be dynamic configured,and apply them to the land use planning.Consequently it shortens the cycle of development application system and reduces the complexity of the system maintenance.
