Study of Constraint Retranslation for Computing with Words

Constraint retranslation,the third step of Computing with Words,is explored in this paper.The importance of closeness degree and containment degree between the fuzzy subset of candidate words and the fuzzy subset of result constraint in geting logical retranslation result is pointed out.The conception of separation operator is presented and a desired separation operator is designed.Then the conception of containment degree is defined and the computational formula for retranslation weight is presented.A method of constraint retranslation based on computation of retranslation weight is proposed. Finally,some examples are given to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
