Implementation Method and Its Comparison of General DLL

This paper describes the Dynamic Link Library(DLL) from abstract data type, introduces the method to build general DLL that can be called in different development environment VC?VB?Delphi?C ++ Builder and PowerBuilder, then the kernel points of each method are compared and concluded.
