On the Concrete Operation of the General Agent Contract of the Products

The general agent of the products,as a kind of new products marketing method,has its unique operation rules.The general agent contract of products is the core to regulate the system.The general agent contract of the products,as a kind of nameless contract,has different system design in the respects of concluding in the contract,allocation of the rights and obligations,the performance of the contract,etc.Appropriate research on the general agent contract of the products will assure that great significance has been attached to it in improving market order and establishing market structure,both theoretically and practically.
