AM-FM Jamming Excision Technique Based on Time-frequency Distribution for Pseudo-random Code Phase Modulation Fuze System

Wang Li-jun, Yangping Wang · Journal of Projectiles.Rockets.Missiles and Guidance · 2005

The effect of AM-FM jamming on Pseudo-random code phase modulation fuze system is Analyzed. It is found that the correlation curve is deteriorated when AM-FM jamming power is larger than the anti-jamming limit of the fuze system. It is mecessary to suppress AM-FM jamming before correlation. The received signal polluted by AM- FM jamming is changed into time-frequency domain through Wigner-ville distribution.A time-frequency domain filter is constructed. The AM-FM jamming is synthesized using time-frequencey technique. The synthesized signal is then subtracted from the received data in time domain. It is found that the method can effectively suppress strong AM-FM jamming correlation curve output is improved obviously.
