From the point view of computer system integration change control in a software development project,the paper introducts the causes of changing requirements and defects which impact on the project.On the bases of that,analysis the similarities and differences be-tween the two,so that gives the treatment.Combined with practical projects introducts a variety of methods how to work in practice soft-ware development projects.The methods can effectively control and reduce the project risk to prove the smooth delivery of the project.
