Research on Crime of Illegally Breaking Into Computer Information System

Along with the wide applications of computer information technology,extensive and various criminal activities aim at data being stored or transferred in information system become more and more dangerous to the society,and we have to curb them by legal means.Based on the latest laws and regulations and judicial interpretation,this paper deeply analyzes the nature of Crime of Illegally Breaking into Computer Information System and proposes some useful suggestions.
