The relationship observation of entropy index and bispectral index and anaesthesia calm depth

Objective To compared the relationship of entropy index and bispectral index(BIS) with anaesthesia calm depth.Methods 38 patients aged from 18-55years (male 16cases,female 22 cases),The propofol anaesthesia induction until the patient after instructional response vanishing,obsenved the propofol calm depth appraisal different calm/vigilance grading (OAA/S) when RE,SE and BIS changed.Results OAA/S grading and the response entropy (RE),the condition entropy (SE) and the BIS correlation coefficient respectively were rRE =0. 7643,rSE = 0.7372 and rBIS = 0.8602,among rBIS and rRE and rSE the difference were the extremely remarkable significance (P0.01),but between rRE and rSE difference were not remarkable significance.Conclusion The research discovered that the entropy index and BIS and OAA/S grading have the good relevance.
