Research on Technology about Encrypting and Declassifying Information in Communication Network

The security of web has been paid more attention when Internet has been involving into our life.The cryptography plays an important role in the security of web.This paper proposes the development of the cryptography and two algorithms(symmetric encryption algorithm,No-symmetric encryption algorithm).It will help us realize the forward position and tendency about cryptography through understanding the two algorithms.
