Study on Hyperlink-related Copyright Infringement and Protection

In cyberspace, hyperlink is widely used and it plays a very important role. For the target of hyperlink has characteristic of copyright, hyperlink causes infringement. We should launch analysis on the hyperlink-related copyright infringement through the division of link types, then take measures to carry out redress and protection from the aspects of self-discipline, technique and legislation.
