Study on Financial Supervision Based on the Lifecycle of Virtual Money

Virtual Money has the whole lifecycle,and it appears new feature on the issue mechanism of E-Money.These new feature also include the stability and the soundness of Virtual Money,the redeem problem of Virtual Money,virtual ability and the ability of through time and space,all above has brought out the challenge on the activity of financial supervision.At first,the thesis discusses the new character of modern financial supervision based on Basel II.Then the thesis analyses the lifecycle of Virtual Money and the problem which Virtual Money has brought out,and compares the framework of financial supervision in the world.At last the thesis sets forth the framework of the system of financial supervision of Virtual Money,especially its six core parts.
