This paper discusses and summarizes the characteristics of several forms implementing Integrated Network Management Systems (INMS).Combining with designing and implementing ChinaGBN Integrated Network Management System (GBINMS),some theoretical and technical issues of implementing INMS are discussed in detail.Furthermore,a method called “processing MIB data configured” is proposed, which makes GBINMS effective and expansible.
