This paper introduces the background of implementing ERP in Jinding Coal Machine Mining Development Limited Liability Company(short title is Jinding Company),expounds the application of ERP in Jinding Company and the implementation and organization process of ERP system,and sums up the key points and experiences of ERP implementation,which provides the references for other companies that apply ERP system.
