A variety of attempts on the 'last mile'joint distribution by electric business logistics in 2012 can be described as flourishing blossom.Firstly,the paper conducts a respective analysis of the demand and supply situation of terminal logistics,including terminal logistics needs analysis based on changes in retail formats and the development of community services,and differences,the advantages and disadvantages of applicability among all running modes of terminal logistics.Then,the paper puts forward all possible modes of cooperation based on the electric business supply chain network diagram.Finally,all node enterprises on the supply chain select appropriate mode of decision-making path based on three decision points that need to be considered,that is,supply and demand situation and strategy of vertical integration.
