Clinical Meaning of Color Doppler Sonography to Senior Degenerative Valvulopathy

Purpose To research the application of Color Doppler Sonography in the diagnosis of senior degenerative valvulopathy. Methods The aspects of acoustic images and Doppler bloodflow of the abnormal valves of 360 cases senior degenerative valvulopathy which diagnosed by Color Doppler Sonography were analyzed. Results The senior degenerative valvulopathy mostly frequently occurred in aortic valve, and then aortic plus mitral valve, then mitral valve. Conclusion To be simple and accuracy, Color Doppler Sonography offer more important information in the diagnosis of senior degenerative valvulopathy.
