Method for Improving the Performance of Internet Servers in High-speed Networks

This article first analyses the cause of internet servers low-performance under high-speed networks by introducing the process of packet delivering. Then it brings out the conception of receive livelock, at last, some good idears and methods of improving the servers performance under high-speed networks are given out.
