On Construction of College Students' Network-based Self-organizations in the Background of Network Culture

A sample survey of 200 college students showed that college students' network-based self-organizations have become a main channel to network communication, which has both a positive effect and a negative one. The construction of student self-organizations helps broaden college students' vision and knowledge, improve the ideological and political education for students effectively, contribute to student self-learning, and enrich student campus culture life. In order to improve the guiding mechanism for college students' self-organization construction, the supervision and evaluation mechanism should be strengthened.
