Tree Network Optimization Based on Evolutionary Programming

In this paper, a problem of tree network opthaha conaidering both building weinht and using wed propond, then the evoutionary programming algorithm is used to solve the problern. We also analyse the networ evolving under dibo flow request and different weight of the two price.
