Research of Edge Position Precision in the Measurement System of Part Dimension

According to the measure precision problem of part dimension, the paper realizes the high position precision of part's edge by the way of pixel - subdivide, with the theory of digital image processing and the template -match. We obtain the position precision as high as 0.2μm.
