People’s Behavior Model in SW-KPA Based on Organizational Behavior

Facing the current confusion state of person management in software organization,this paper provides an extremely useful conceptual model about the IT people behavior analysis and management in SW-KPA(software key process area).A software organizational manager should take into account about the people factor in software engineering from two sides: single person and team person,consequently,which will be able to improve the organizational person utilization and software productivity.
