Indoor to improve the quality and efficiency of after-sales service,presents a new mode of after-sales service,networked after-sales service,that base on the multi-agent technique,network technique and modern communications technique.The architecture and workflow of the networked after-sales service system were researched;the method of assign and rank of after-sales service information was studied.Base on these a prototype system of networked after-sales service was established and the security,practicability and high efficiency of it were proved.
