Analysis of Network Leakage from the Perspective of Law

Network insecurity has become one of the prior issues that hamper the healthy development of China's internet.Meanwhile,the network leakage problem,an increasingly serious one,together with hacking,virus attacks,spam and rogue plug-in,has become the severest issues threatening network security.From the viewpoint of law,network leakage is actually an invasion to the network privacy.Therefore,the author is to interpret network leakage from the existing and future legal systems through analyzing network privacy right.
