The worsened environment on consumer food consumption will have a serious hazard.Such hazards divide into the dominant and the recessive.The recessive hazards can be further divided into scientific and technological means to identify hazards,and because of knowledge of the crowd and the harm caused by hu- man factors.In this paper,the latter to identify hazards have been studied and proposed a hazard identification and assessment of the harm keywords semantic ambiguity law.Examples show that the method is effective.
