The Study of the Auto Identify Standard Layer Method

In the paper,according to geologic features of the datum horizon and characters of its curves in some oil field,adopting improved F.Kemp correlation coefficient computational method,the transformation from identifying datum horizon by man to doing it by computer has been first achieved,the key technique of doing geologic correlation by computer has been resolved,and the suit of computer software by which automatic identification of the datum horizon can be done has been developed.
