Bias and Linearity Analysis of Measurement System Based on Minitab

In order to reduce measurement errors caused by instrument and equipment to ensure quality measurement of product,application of statistics and Minitab software are used to analyze bias and linearity of measurement system of MEMS microphone frequency response and sensitivity.Conception of complex measurement system is put forward.It is effectively analyzed.According to the study result,the method which uses whole bias correct measurement system is discovered.It uses Minitab software to forecast the reformed measurement system.Experimental results show that it enhances reliability of measure data of measurement system after using the method.
