A new type congestion control and avoidance mechanism-ECAM

This paper proposes ECAM as a new congestion control and avoidance mechanism. Because ECAM takes SQ message as a congestion feedback indication we can decrease the need of reliability about the data flow. In addition ECAM reduces the packet loss rate and achieves TCP friendly. The method's validity is verified by using NS2 simulator.
