Aiming to the traditional architecture of the system's shortcomings, the MVC design pattern as well as the Struts application framework based on it is researched, and with their features and advantages, the design ideas and the implementation methods of infor-mation management system of Oilfield based on Struts Framework is analyzed in detail according to a development example.Through use of the Struts framework development, it effectively improve the stability of the system structure, and realize the entire company's data sharing, enhance the transparency of the production management, and achieve considerable social and economic benefits.
