An analysis on the problem of network infringement

Network is in fast development in China,which produces many new social problems.Regulating and guiding the smooth development of network becomes an inevitable trend,at the same time,network information security should be paid much attention and be protected.Based on this objective,this article focuses on infringement problems such as the prevention of password theft,online consumption deception,privacy disclosing,as well as the intrusions of network reputation,portrait and trademark,and it analyzes the ways of regulating information security and relevant laws and regulations.
