Research on PLP Estimation with LBE Algorithm Based on Kalman Filter

How to estimate Packet Loss Probability(PLP) more effectively and accurately,and how to keep the balance between the number of VPN and QoS to reach the maximum profit,is an important problem demanding prompt solution for ISP.There are two methods for PLP estimation:LBE and ATE.And many experiments do show that LBE is better than ATE,but LBE will lead to the low utility.LBE based on Kalman Filter is used to estimate the PLP in this paper.And the result shows that it has a better performance.
