Study of Operational Effectiveness Evaluation for Radar Networking based on Cloud Theory

Generally,the traditional operational effectiveness evaluation of radar networking uses the method of qualitative evaluation,however,there aren't any effective methods.Cloud theory has been proved to be an excellent mathematical tool for dealing with uncertain and vague description of objects,and it can realize the transforms between qualitative concepts and their quantitative expression. Based on the analysis of factors in radar nets,the paper presents index system of operational effectiveness evaluation for radar nets.And based on the cloud theory,the theory of membership cloud,concepts of multi-dimension synthetic cloud and its gravity centre(GC) are proposed.it solves the transition problem between qualitative and quantitative in reliability Assessment.
